Optical fiber project, ECOWAN, RTIS: ECOWAN is the ECOWAS community wan to interconnect the whole member states. RTIS is the regional Trade Information services for ECOWAS countries.

To share my experience in telecoms in the batle of the digital devide. To assist ffor the development of telecoms facility acces to rural and unprofitable area.
