- I would like to see equal opportunity in terms of information access, since information is actually determining the wealth of nations now. The outcome of this research project to my understanding will reveal the reality on the ground and provide solutions into how to get broadband penetration and also get needed infrasructure and devices to be able to access information and bridge the digital divide.
