- The association was instituted at (2006) , it was named by this name ASFON because it mean in pharaoh's language MULTY WELFARE also because we hope that the knowledge pervade us with it's welfare.
Also the occasion of this name the pharaohs thought about making small stream use it in fishery where fish's concourse and at irrigation the farms and fields which known as CONDUIT from this way it was named by this name.
